What an Incredible Wonderful Experience I had with Chae F at Salon Dahlia at Solo Brandon, Florida. Wonder location 😘 Chae is a Talented Outstanding color cut Style expert. My hair has never look so Great and feels Healthy I’ve been sick for the last two years and lost all of my hair almost. She has gotten me back into shape and gave me the most Beautiful color cut style I ever had. She made me feel like me again. I recommend her highly. 🙏😘 Thank you Chae F. Ginger F

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I felt like I was taken advantage of. I went for a full balayage with HAIR BY SERENA, showed her plenty of pictures of how I wanted my hair, and in the end, she did what she wanted. When the process was done, I had to leave in a hurry, and later, when I took a closer look at my hair, it was nothing like what I asked for. She wasn’t delicate with the highlights. When I asked her to please fix it or actually do what I originally requested, she told me I would have to pay again, even though this could have been avoided if she had done what I asked from the start. Really poor service.

My friend went to HAIR BY SERENA and it was a disaster. She asked for a balayage, but Serena ignored her request and did a sloppy job. The highlights were poorly done and harsh. When my friend asked for a fix, Serena said she'd have to pay again. Unprofessional and careless.

My stylist is amazing; however whoever runs this establishment really needs to fix the air-conditioner. If snow could fall inside there would have been a foot of snow. Please regulate the temperature as I feel for the people who work in there daily.
