I made appointment to get my hair done. I received a text stating if they don’t hear from me by a certain time they will be canceling my appointment. my appointment was made and confirmed a month ago there was no need to talk to me as client like that. that was disrespectful so I told them to go ahead and cancel my appointment ill go else where…where ill be talk to in a professional manner not with a attitude and threatened to cancel my appointment.

It is fancy place but not professional I don’t recommend it if you want to die your hair because the lady in studios 1 damaged my hair, it’s burn literally in very expensive way. I spend $200 for treatment so far and still damage. It is important for the professionals in hair industry to be carful and ensure well being for their clients.
