I had the most amazing experience at Sol Spa and truly one of the best massages I have ever had. Jess was absolutely incredible. She was intuitive, thorough, and struck the perfect balance of relaxation and targeted work. I left feeling completely reset. The entire spa experience was just as wonderful. The locker room area was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. I especially loved spending time in the sauna and the quiet room before my treatment. It made the whole visit feel like a true escape. After my massage they brought me tea, which was such a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to ease back into the day. I will absolutely be going back and requesting Jess again. Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing 90-minute facial at Hotel SLO Spa with Shelby, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the moment I arrived, Shelby was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She truly took the time to listen to my skincare concerns and tailor the facial to exactly what my skin needed. The facial itself was pure bliss—her massage on my face, neck, and décolleté was absolutely glorious. When the treatment was over, my skin looked radiant, refreshed, and glowing, and I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Shelby has such a calming touch and clearly knows what she’s doing.

I received a gua sha facial from Shelby... It was an out of body experience for my nervous system. Her touch is so intuitive and skilled. Her steady and gentle technique with the gua sha made a noticeable difference reducing the inflammation in my face. She also did a massage on my traps at one point and I could feel the tension melting away. I felt like she assessed each area individually and did the perfect amount of pressure for what my body needed. She is incredibly gifted.

One of the best massages I’ve received! My masseuse Haylee made it such a calming and therapeutic experience for my first time at the sol spa! It was worth every penny, I would absolutely recommend a service here! The quiet room and sauna was such an added bonus as well.

Jess is talented and a good listener. I had some specific sore areas she fixed and she made sure the pressure was what I wanted. I felt so much better—looser and relaxed. She’s certified in many modalities. I recommend her for any type of massage!
