I went in during their soft opening for my first facial. The open concept and chill vibe made it a comfortable experience, and my skin felt great after. Solid spot, would definitely come back.

Cute spot! It was my first time going to this facial bar! I discovered it by watching the owner’s IG about how good brows should look. I’ve been really needing help getting my brows in order after having microblade removal. I saw that she had a studio that does brows in Vancouver and made an appointment. Palmer gave me a lamination and tint/ shape that was amazing!!! I’ve been recovering from overtrim/plucking and she still got my eyebrow hairs/ shape to look so much better!! I’m excited to go back to Palmer in a few weeks after regrowth so we have more to work with. Full transparency- the service was a bit pricey but I feel as though the pricing very much aligns with the anticipated clientele for the area and the quality of experience. I hadn't had a facial in 20+ years when I saw the new Sol & Palm facial bar. My sisters had been encouraging me to take better care and pamper myself. So, I made an appointment. I booked a European Facial and the technician was Alison. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained every step of the facial. Even the client table in the room was heated. Felt great. My favorite was the heated eye mask. Very soothing experience and my skin feels better! The location was, clean, bright and calming. I enjoyed the experience so much that I purchased the discount repeat membership. Have my March appointment all set up too and I'm really looking forward to it.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service at Sol & Palm Facial Bar! I’ve been twice now, the first time for a brow lift and lamination plus a lash lift and tint with Niki, and the second time for a Hydrafacial with Palmer. Both experiences were exceptional. Niki and Palmer are incredibly skilled at what they do, and they both have such calming, professional bedside manner. You can truly tell they care about their clients and take pride in their work.
