I truly believe I have found some relief from my chronic pain that has been a part of me for over 30 years. For reference, I have tmjd, fibromyalgia, and psa. I have been to eight appointments and have scheduled more to continue treatment. Emily is skilled and knowledgeable, professional, supportive, and makes one feel comfortable, safe, and heard. I had 7 sessions of myofascial release with Emily and she relieved the most deep neck pain I had been living with for years. The relief is incredible!!! My overall body feels great now. I always felt some kind of pain even though I workout very regularly. The sessions were very relaxing and comfortable. Emily is a great listener with a calming energy!

I had never heard of Myofascial Release before this year. It is crazy amazing. If you feel like you don't have the same balance you used to, or have back, arm or leg pain- it can be relieved. It's not massage, rather a method that allows all your connective tissue to relax, thereby relieving tension in muscle groups which cause pain, imbalance etc. Emily is amazing, I have my balance back, am pain free and am able to get back to working out.🙏🏻 (I previously left a review but have redone it now that I've completed 12 sessions of myofascial release which has me feeling younger and stronger!
