Man I knew there was a reason I hadn’t put a review in yet!! I have been a loyal customer since they have opened!! I can’t tell you how many people have come to this place because of my recommendation!! I have spent soooooo much money at this store, I’m literally a familiar face!! Well I purchase some tights, 3 pairs, tried one and noticed it was too small so the two I had not opened I took back to ask to exchange for the queen size!! Look me dead in my face and said no, well then he acted like he was going to and then he asked for a receipt, mind you this is the same person who rung these items up for me, I said I didn’t have it with me and he refused to help me!! They just lost a regular customer smh

This store ruins the shopping experience. Customers pay for both the product and the manufacturer’s original packaging, yet Sol Beauty Supply destroys it by wrapping everything in thick tape that’s nearly impossible to remove without damage. It sends a message they don’t trust their own community. Other stores use proper security sensors Sol Beauty Supply should too. If they insist on ruining the packaging, then the merchandise should be discounted since customers are not receiving it in the condition they're paying for. Until they change this approach, I don’t recommend shopping here. They got about $600 out of me this year on “human hair “ was a scam every time. Prices are ridiculous compared to the quality of what you are buying . I’ll be buying what I need online .

Is it me or does the hair products seem weak or watered down like for example I purchased a box of hair dye from black to blonde and any cheap box of hair dye should brighten your black hair however SOL hair dye did not even budge… I bought a S curl relaxer for my sons hair it done nothing… I bought a perm to straighten my hair. It did absolutely nothing….. my hair was still puffy and knotted at the root it did absolutely nothing never have I ever experienced a perm like that in my African-American life lol… I don’t know where they are buying their products from, but please do not buy S curls perms hair dye hell, And even edge control from this place. It’s watered down and it doesn’t even work. It’s just a waste of money. I thought I was tripping out at first, but I kept buying product af
