I was standing there deciding what I wanted to buy. And the lady rudely asks can I move out her way, to restock something and while I am moving I feel her hand push my arm out of her way. Very rude & unacceptable. I have been going here for years and never had an interaction or problem. As a customer, if I am looking at products to buy, I feel like she could’ve waited or went to another isle to restock.

The lady owner is extremely rude! I’m not sure if she was racist or if didn’t bother to even respond to my questions because I wasn’t looking great when visiting the store. I asked her for help with a few products and she was audibly sighing or just not even bother responding. She only talked to me with a normal tone when at the end I told her I will take the product. I honestly wanted to leave the store but I really needed something she was selling 😭😭😭 They have a very wide variety of hair extensions and products and the male owner/worker was nice enough to greet me when I walked in.

Please do not shop here. Save your money and go somewhere else. The service here was terrible. I was yelled at by one of the female employees for simply asking her a question about exchanging something after she said she could. She kept yelling at me even after I asked her to calm down. I never yelled back throughout the discussion. This business does not know how to run a business nor basic customer service. Other people in this comment section can agree.

I am a bit torn here: This store is very well stocked. They seem to have absolutely everything. That is a plus. Especially since so many other beauty supply stores have either gone out of business or are mostly bare bones these days. However, the prices here are much higher than I think can be considered reasonable. They also don't seem to have much customer service. They greet you when you walk in, but that is it. There is no other attempt to assist you in any way. They stand at the cash register, or on the side somewhere, an observe. That's it. You are checked out in a matter of fact way, and please take note of the "no refunds" sign behind the register.

I was skeptical about this beauty supply store from what I saw outside (it didn’t look like it catered to ethnic hair) but I was highly impressed once I got inside. I’m new to LoCo and glad to have found this place. This is probably the most organized and well stocked beauty supply I’ve ever been in, not to mention, the products are priced well
