Si and Anu were AMAZING! I got multiple services done as a walk-in and everything was handled very beautifully and efficiently. Si even went the extra mile to customize my henna tattoo. I work a job in which everyone stares at my hands so this was perfect. I will definitely be back and bring friends. UPDATE: Almost a year later, I felt compelled to leave another review. Si is my Dallas girl! Thank you so much for being so kind and treating me with humanity. I hope that you’ve either graduated or are doing very well in your nursing profession by now. You’re a gem and your spirit will manifest positivity wherever you choose to grow.

Everytime ive been i end up getting parking tickets. Not worth the hype. And the last time my eyebrow one of them was botch. I would walk and not park anywhere near there. Doesnt matter where you park the ticket will just come in the mail

I was so excited to try this place due to the fact I usually go to a further SOI . Mind you there was only one person working I failed to get her name. She was rushing doing my eye brows like the store was full of customers. My sister and I were the only ones there, it was so dead. I attempted to have a conversation and asked if it was a busy day and she’s like no, and I was like I’m excited to try this place cause I go to a further place, and she just didn’t respond so I just stopped speaking after. I have grown out my eye brows for a month for them to be like this thin. One eye brow is higher than the other, and thin. I asked for a clean up and arched. I’m very disappointed. I usually NEVER post any reviews. I should of just went to the location I usually go to. Oh ! Lastly the employer

I come here often and it’s very hit or miss. There’s usually just one employee working at a time so you can’t request another tech if yours isn’t working at the moment. I will say that my last 3 visits have been a big time miss. Now, I understand eyebrows can be cousins and not sisters but there should be no reason that you have completely unrelated eyebrows on your face. I feel the employees aren’t truthful or transparent with customers about mistakes. I have to mention how an eyebrow looks way too different and they have stayed silent or only make the eyebrows look worse. Like I said, it’s hit or miss.
