I had such an amazing experience with Paula today! I went in with hair all the way down to my waist and decided to make a huge change and cut it into a sharp, bold bob. Paula made the whole experience so comfortable from start to finish — she made me feel like I was just chatting with an old friend the entire time. My bob turned out PERFECT. I seriously cannot stress enough how great she did. Her attention to detail and perfectionist trimming made the cut so clean, sharp, and exactly what I wanted. You can tell she truly cares about getting every detail right. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so friendly and welcoming. I’ve honestly never had such great service at a salon before. I will definitely be returning for touch-ups and future cuts. Highly recommend Paula!

I first worked with Paula in NYC when she styled my hair for my civil ceremony wedding and it was lovely! The weather was super windy, humid, and a bit rainy but my hair held up great and I got lots of compliments. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to. After my wedding when I wanted a bob - I went back to her for the transformation! She took about 6+ inches off my hair and then helped me maintain my bob over the course of the next year! I highly recommend her for styling services or cuts!
