Been a loyal customer for years and I will say there are talented and professional braiders at the original location that I love but since the new location opened the quality and customer service has declined and I can’t continue to support after what I’ve experienced for the past year. 1. The receptionist is rude and has a bad attitude every time whether it’s over the phone or in person. I’ve done the same style several times and been given a different price each visit. This month $180 next month $200 then $220. I have to show text from the owner Md Sogho as proof in order for them to honor the correct price. 2. You will request a style and then have to wait for the receptionist to find someone who can do it even though over the phone they tell you someone is available. Ive called at midn

Excellent! My lady Jamela 2 from Chad was amazing! I hate pain. Most hair braiding shops I go to leave my hair sore for days! But my lady braided neat and gentle. The shop is open 24hrs for your convenience on Fulton Street btw Kingston and Albany in the heart of Brooklyn. The price is reasonable.

I specifically asked for not a lot of hair because I needed a clean, professional look for meetings, and she understood perfectly. I’m still in shock by how miserable this experience was. It started when I called asking if they can do passion twists and if they supply the hair for this style and they said yes to both which surprised me because most places don’t have the hair for that style. When I get there and tell them I’m here to get passion twists they tell me they don’t supply the hair and I have to go buy it. So I go buy the hair and come back and it wasnt until that point that they ask about 5 stylists if they do twists and they all refuse. They literally had to force someone to do it. I should have left at that point with all those initial red flags but I have a wedding to go to in 2 days and really wanted my hair done. So they do the twists and when I get home 45 minutes later ALL of the twists have unraveled
