Disappointed.. I came here 3yrs ago and they did an amazing job. I got a curly perm & I loved it . Now 3yrs later the staff has changed & i got an older male who was VERY shaky, seemed like he had Parkinson . he started to apply the perm directly to my scalp , like he kept squirting the solution in my head without the rollers being in my head . I told him my scalp was burning he then told me “just take some pain honey or we can stop.” so i then proceeded to tell him that i didn’t want this anymore because i felt like the customer service was HORRIBLE. I had perm solution going down my ear & my neck .. mind you last time they applied a base & papertowels on my ears & stuff but this guy didn’t do any of that . He was directly applying the perm to my scalp. My biggest issue was the response

First time at this salon in Boca. Glady was my hairdresser and I was very pleased with my haircut. Next is my root color and highlights. Highly recommend this salon.

What a fantastic experience at Sophia’s salon! It’s always so welcoming and warm coming in to get my hair done. I came in with long hair strictly one color, and she was able to give it life! From the unique color highlights, to the layers, i feel so confident in how it all came together! Don’t hesitate to come here! #blessed

Walked in just after they opened with hopes of having my son's hair cut. Possibly mine. Karen did a wonderful job for my son. He was very pleased. Barbara was able to seat me right away, knew exactly what I was looking for with a short hairstyle. I'm quite skeptical of new to me stylists, especially having short hair. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be returning!! Thank you! 😊
