I let the guy that works there talk me into getting an overlay to protect my nails. He said all I have to do is come in again in 3-4 weeks to add more overlay to the new nail growth. Well it cracked and the overlay came off after not even a week. When I asked could they take it off for no charge because I literally just paid $65. I was told it would costs $15 to take off and it didn’t last because I’m “too rough”. I’ve had dip nails last for 6 weeks. So that’s not the case. very unprofessional place. Don’t value customer service.

Went for a pedicure and acrylic nails. First time ever here and they made me feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend them. They are very friendly and explain everything to you.
