I received a gift card for Christmas and desperately needed a facial. I made an appointment to which they were great about scheduling and rescheduling when I needed to, the spa is beautiful and relaxing, staff very kind and friendly, but the facial was a let down. First, I’m 31 weeks pregnant which I put on my intake form that I filled out 3 days in advance. So I can’t lay flat on my back. When the esthetician walked me back into the room the table was flat. I kindly said I’m pregnant are you able to raise the table so I wasn’t flat. She did without issue, but had no idea I was pregnant even though I put it in my forms. She also didn’t know I had an allergy so she obviously didn’t read the forms…. The incline should have really been higher too. I was also turned off that not once did she

Omg. Jennifer. Is literally the best message therapist I've ever seen. She really understands and listened to the pressure and build up areas. I needed my lower back messaged. It was causing hip pain. She messages my theigh and released the tension all the way down. This released my hip and she barely had to message that area by the time she relaxed the regions causing that tension. She is very adept in knowing what causes your pain, the muscle anatomy and connections. I literally asked her for a hug after because I've struggled with tension in areas for over 10 years. It will take time to fix my muscle tension and it is well worth it. She hears you and literally cares. Even if you think "hey she didnt message the spot I asked that much." I promise you. What an amazing place!!! A spa for real. A must try.💥 A day-cation to Charleston… 🙌🏽 what a sweet aroma tranquil clean detailed courteous place. The staging, the transition rooms. ❤️❤️ We had the couples massage… I had Andrea hubby had Liz so amazing… 🏆🏆I enjoyed the ENTIRE experience I just needed a 1 hour nap after… I will be back.. 🍾 thank you for sliding us in. This was my first time at Soca Day Spa and it was such a great experience! There was a little mix up at first with the gift card and what it covered (honestly could’ve been on me or them, no big deal), but the team and management got it straightened out quickly. After that, I got to enjoy my very first massage and facial and it was amazing. The staff were super friendly, the vibe was relaxing, and I walked out feeling refreshed and taken care of. Definitely a place I’d go back to!

This place was incredible!! From the moment I first spoke to Zoe, who helped me plan a fantastic bday surprise for my friend to the services to leaving, everything was great! They were willing to work with me and my crazy idea of bringing balloons and a little birthday sign ahead of time to surprise her. The experience was very relaxing, calming, clean and ambient, exactly what I wanted to gift my friend; a new mommy, for her birthday! We got a 30 min facial and 30 min massage. Jennifer, the massage therapist gave me what was one of the best massages I have ever had- my only regret was not getting it longer! Shoutout to all, Zoe, Allie, Jennifer and Emily the esthetician. I will definitely be back here!
