I got a deep tissue massage with Cassandra, she got so many knots out of my upper back and neck. I felt much lighter and so relaxed after our session. She is very kind, respectful and professional. 10/10 recommend.

I just had my first massage with Cass and it was awesome! She released tension in my upper back I didn’t realize I was holding; releasing that improved my posture so much! Cass has incredible hand strength and body postures that can really work the fascia, but she’s also good at dialing the intensity back when asked. From her own weight training and her massage therapist training, she’s very knowledgeable about anatomy, and she really applied that to areas I’ve been having trouble with in my training. She also erased a cramping sensation I’ve had in my foot, looking back on it now, for months. I highly recommend Cass.

If you have not gotten a massage here with Cassandra idk what you're doing, I kept having to postpone getting one but once I finally got one again it genuinely felt like I was back. Chronic pain is nothing to mess around with and plagues a lot of athletes in ways we don't really think about. Cassandra is very nice and respectful person that understands your boundaries and knows how to cater to their clients needs all while providing a fun and cozy environment. You will definitely lose track of time as 90 minutes felt like 30 but I think that just shows the experience that you can expect. I will definitely make another appointment soon and I think everyone else that is an athlete in SA that is dealing with chronic pain or tightness that just won't let up should definitely pay a visit.
