The experience was relaxing enough and the results were clear based on the before and after microscope review but I just couldn’t help but feel like the experience was lacking in some way. The chair was incredibly uncomfortable even with the knee bolster and I have had massages on one of those very basic tables with very little padding and that was fine. I feel like so much was crammed into the amount of time that we had and nothing was explained and when we were supposed to switch over from warm to cold, they put the warm air dryer on my head again, ruining the effect of the cooling facemask. And the special little waterfall thing that’s shown in the pictures is about 3 minutes at the very end and the gua sha portion was maybe 45 seconds. Great first experience at Soak Haus! I booked the 90-minute Gold package and wow was it worth it. It was such a relaxing experience and my scalp feels so clean and refreshed. Taylor was incredible and paid great attention to every part of my scalp and explained the process throughout. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a scalp reset and relaxation!
