Terrible experience, I do not recommend this salon for color or cut. I asked my colorist to match my roots to my ends. I left with dark brown roots and very light brassy ends. I have attached a picture for reference. Two weeks later I was able to get into another salon, pay another 250$ and get what I originally asked for. I can only speak for my colorist, Taylor. I gave this salon one star become it was clean and cute and everyone was friendly.
