I had not been to this place in quite a while. The pedicure I had was sooo relaxing! I had a hot stone massage, with a foot mask, and exfoliation. The chairs were so comfortable too. I love the cat eye polish and they did a great job applying it. I gave 4 stars because my second service was removing my acrylic nails. The next lady was just going to pop them off without even soaking them!! I stopped her and she ended up soaking them off. I could tell she didn't like have to wait, but that is what you pay for. The salon was clean, and overall staff was very kind and helpful.

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for over a year because Kelly does excellent work — her nail art and application are consistently high quality, and I’ve always left happy with how my nails look. Unfortunately, the customer service has become increasingly poor, which is why I won’t be returning. Prices have steadily increased over time, and when I’ve asked for breakdowns or explanations, I rarely get clear answers. For example, my last full set with a base color cost $100 (I even requested shorter length to help with the price). This time, I asked for a basic fill and was quoted $90 for the exact same service from the same tech. When I politely asked for a price breakdown, the shop owner (Kelly) simply said ‘that’s the price’ and that I could pay it or she could do someone else’s nails i

I would honestly give this shop a 0/5 if I could. My nails came out uneven, crooked, and just overall sloppy. It was clear the techs weren’t paying attention to detail at all. On top of that, their attitudes were terrible—unfriendly, dismissive, and acting like doing their job was an inconvenience. I walked out disappointed and frustrated. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Came here for the first time today without an appointment to get my eyebrows done. I was welcomed and taken care of super quick!! Plus, my eyebrows came out so perfect!!! Tint and wax just $25! And the lady was so professional and nice! Will definitely come back and totally recommend this salon. Very cute too.
