Snow Nails

Awful experience, I have gone there a few times but this time I was rushed through my experience and passed around by both Cindy and Tony when I had an appointment but they chose to accept another person. My nails are awful, uneven and I was cut three different time and paint all over my fingers. I paid for the spa pedicure and my toes do not even look like they were touched. They were rude when I reached out and tried to resolved the issues. Long story short, they lost a customer today.

I called before I went to the establishment they said they weren’t busy and open till 7 I got there at 6 for a dip powder fill and gel polish … the woman was shoving my finger in the dip improperly and blamed me for how she was holding my finger … then the shape wasn’t my preference but I dealt with it I was just happy to get them done … then it came time for polish … she did not wipe my nails with alcohol prior to applying gel polish also didn’t use a base coat, then missed huge parts of my nail beds with the powder and polish left uneven nails and lumpy polish and didn’t wipe them with alcohol after under the light … so now here we are the next morning and a huge chunk of polish just came off my nail … very disappointing in every aspect of service

I wanted to leave this review as I had a very strange and uncomfortable experience yesterday at snow nails. My husband and I both got pedicures, which were great however ended up being lectured by the worker about how to cut nails. Although he may be was trying to be humorous, it was uncomfortable. After, I got a full set of acrylics. My nail tech was a younger male with glasses and was wearing a mask. He spoke quietly, and it was already difficult to understand with his mask on. There were a few times when I was not sure if he was even speaking to me. Upon sitting down the worker began mumbling about “Americans” and “crying for them” and proceeded to tell me “some days I just don’t like people.“ it was extremely uncomfortable. I sympathetically suggested he should take a day off to which

very rushed. got an acrylic set and a pedicure. the lady doing my nails was clearly rushing and did not care. started lifting and looking grown out after only a few days and absolutely no nail prep!! then the guy doing my pedicure was extremely rude. :/

I was going to skip the review altogether, but after days of bleeding and being genuinely angry by the appearance and health of my nails and toes.. I had to warn others, considering there’s no refunds. Absolute worst French tips in the world. Completely uneven. Acrylic is bumpy, nails are all different lengths. Toes.. she drilled and clipped me until I bled and proceeded to go over it! Avoid at all costs. Save your money.
