I have been seeing Kylie for my nails since 2020 and could not be happier! I tend to stick to a simple nails but for holidays & special occasions will request designs and they always turn out amazing! Kylie always pays attention to detail and makes sure I love everything before i leave! Thank you!!

Myself, my mom and my sister come here to see Adam on a regular basis. He always does a fantastic job on both manicures and pedicures for us! Every time we come we leave satisfied & happy with his work. Also, the entire staff is very welcoming & the salon is always clean!

Requested a French pedicure. Location was not busy. No upgrade was offered as they have in the past. Placed in chair and soaked for over 20 minutes. Was asked if I wanted a “cut-down” I said just a trim as I was getting French. Young man then proceeded to cut nails very short. The rest was done very quickly and rough-not at all relaxing. He then looked up and asked where my color was. I repeated for the 3rd time that it was a French pedicure. He completed the polish without placing my flip flops back on. Never asked if the white was thin or thick enough. Because the nails were cut way too short-the French looks ridiculous. I asked the older woman if it was normal for the nails to be cut that low on a French. She said no and agreed they were too short. No discount was given even though she

I have been getting my nails done by Kylie for almost 6 years. I have been to many nail salons before finding Snow Nails and I never want to go to a different salon again. I have had my nails/toes done by Amy and Adam as well and they are also amazing!! Highly recommend!!!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your salon today. I came in seeking a relaxing experience with a pedicure and a gel French manicure, but unfortunately, what I encountered was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. When I arrived, there were only two clients in the salon, and yet I still had to wait while the owner—who ultimately performed my pedicure—attended to a baby she was watching, rather than focusing on providing service. Throughout the pedicure, she was distracted, frequently stopping to talk to the infant in a walker who was rolling around the salon. This did not create the relaxing environment I had hoped for.
