Went in for mushroom brown balayage and came out with THIS. Couldn't see the extent of how terrible it was because she curled it. Had to go to a new salon to get it fixed. Owner never responded to me and manager told me there's nothing they can do since I didn't ask THEM to fix it. Paid OVER $600
