From the moment I walked into the salon, I was treated like a special guest. Olivia is a bright, talented cosmetologist with an incredible eye for style. She really listened to what I wanted, then shared her own vision—which, I have to admit, sounded even better. I’m so glad I trusted her! While she was preparing my hair products, I browsed the makeup section and ended up treating myself to several items. Another stylist kindly helped me choose what would suit me best, and the service was just as thoughtful and friendly. Olivia didn’t skip a beat throughout the entire appointment. I left the salon feeling like a new, improved version of myself. Even a full day later, my hair still looked freshly styled, and the makeup products worked their magic exactly as promised. I had my first facial with Shelby and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Shelby took the time to explain each step of the process, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. She was attentive, professional, and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire appointment. I’m very pleased with the results and how refreshed my skin looks and feels. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Shelby!

I was visiting from out of town, and wanted to go to a darker all over color with some pops of brightness and a big chop off of my hair. After rebooking for the next day, since the stylist was sick, I was told that the color I wanted wasn't achievable in the time we had, but we could do a root touch up, cut and some balyage pops. That sounded good, and I had photos of what I had in mind, so I felt like we were aligned. My cut turned out to be the same cut I have gotten other places, not quite what was in the photo. My roots were very bright, which was positioned to be my fault because I knew my roots could get warm, but the stylist didn't or didn't notice (?). I was told that I could come back and get the roots adjusted, so that it truly matched the rest of my hair, but I didn't have the o

I love this place, Olivia always does my hair perfectly. I recently went platinum on virgin hair I am naturally a dirty blonde, the first time I went was when I got my hair colored. I got exactly what I asked for , a clean trim, almost Snow White platinum hair, she styled it and everything. Was definitely pricey but that was because I got big bottles of purple shampoo and conditioner and the k18 hair mask products so obviously adding to the total. Now I just go for root touch ups and styling and a nice trim. I love Olivia’s work she does amazing work. The environment there is awesome. Very nice and calming.
