It was our first time here to get my son’s haircut done. I read all the bad reviews but still had to try it because the other place we go to did not have any appointments available for the day. Alicia did a fab job and did exactly as I told her. My son‘s hair looks really good very satisfied with this visit.

Make an appoinment before you go, we were lucky, we got a spot right away, she was very kind and fast! We love it there, was the first cut for my toddler and ended super cute.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The one star is only for the cars that my son could sit on. I repeatedly showed the lady a photo of him with the bangs to his eyebrow and she completely ignored me and grabbed a chunk of hair and chopped it. At that moment I knew she had 0 experience with his hair texture. She just was not listening. And I did mention a few times keep the bangs long. Will never revisit again. Totally bad experience for me. I also will never recommend this place to anyone. If iam paying someone for a haircut they must listen to me and respect what I ask of. Iam the customer. Also the lady had no mercy for the child. It was our first official haircut and she kept cutting it like a butcher. Heartless. Definitely ruined my first experience. some kind of tragedy. the child was cut to shreds! almost left bald!! although I said it was a little bit chopped off in front!!! when I saw it I was shocked! it was cut so badly that it can't even be combed, the hair stands up! not to mention there is no affection when cutting children! don't bring your children here!

We were visiting from out of town and found this spot via a Google search. My daughter received a great haircut and loved the perk of sitting in a kid-sized Jeep while getting her haircut. The small indoor playground to keep her entertained until it was her turn was great too!
