Snips 'n Tips

This was our first visit, and let me tell you it definitely won't be our last. This was technically just a hair cut but ended of being much more in my opinion Jenna did an absolutely fantastic job going above and beyond for my daughter. Thank you 🙂

Went in to get the old colors matched to the new year long growth of white gray that I had coming in. Left with chocolate gray hair that I had to fix. Would like to be refunded my time and money but I figure warning others would be my best option. Never again. And based on the stupid smiley face they posted, after my review, they are unprofessional and childish as well as not being able to do the work they say they can.

Illegal Transaction Practices. Business was / still being investigated. Owner retaliated by refusing services due to my whistleblower reporting.

Rylee did an AMAZING job on my hair!! She blew my expectations out of the water! She was so polite, nice and funny! I felt comfortable in her chair and will be back again!!

Mary is excellent and always provides the style you ask for. Doesn't cut off more then you ask and doesn't stray from the style requested. These are important in a hairstylist! She is always receptive to what you want and is willing to adjust the style to get it there. Nice clean environment.
