I made an appointment with Denise Barnes for highlights, while she was doing them she faced me away from the mirror so imagine my surprise when I got home, my hair was so brassy and my highlights looked like a toddler did them. I can't believe they let me walk out like that, I'm so dissatisfied. I had to redo them and pay a lot of money to fix it. You don't do this. I'm uploading pictures so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I go there every Saturday with an appointment and Raquel. Does my hair? If she's wonderful, the musicians are wonderful when they're. It's a great atmosphere, excellent people, very friendly. And when it comes to hairstyles, they know what they're doing, and they try to work people in as well very soon. Very open I would suggest it to anybody that's looking for a hair. Suggest anything with their hair. And he's done because they're the best.Thanks ladies

I went there today, I am so disgusted with my cut.So unprofessional, It's not that clean inside.My hair is so uneven it is a hack job, now i have to find somebody else to correct my hair.I will never go back there in my lifetime

I had bleached my hair at home, it did t turn out right so I went in for a color correction and it looked amazing when I left, nice and soft, she kept my length. After a few days I started noticing my hair falling out by the brush fulls. Then I went to straighten my hair for work and noticed a VERY large portion of my hair towards the back of my head was only about 2 inches long. Now I have to cut all my hair off and start the long process of trying to grow my hair back to where it was when she first touched my hair !!! It took me 9 long years to get it where it was
