Amazing experience! The stylist (Ann Marie Tracy) was professional and friendly, provided exceptional customer service, and did a wonderful job with my haircut and being a color specialist was a great bonus. I’ll definitely be back!

I had an appt for my child who was 5....didn't get seen for at least an hour. By the time she got to us, first off, very rude. I asked what she suggested for a hairstyle because of all the curls and she said "well first thing I suggest is you take him home and brush his hair" he had 2 knots in it.....well excuse me he has thick, curly hair that is full of sweat because I had to keep him busy for over an hour... outside.. in the dirt and August heat. So, at that point, he's fussy, sweaty, hot, tired. I just wanted to leave but she had already started. She finished after like 10 minutes of using loud clippers that freaked him out more and literally said "sorry that's the best I can do."
