Snip-its Haircuts for Kids

Terrible experience. My son (4.5 years old) cried from start to finish. Was in so much pain to the point we had to stop and not finish the hair cut. He was cut 4 times on the neck. We called left voicemails and had no response. My son has had about 15-20 hair cuts in his life and never had this bad of an experience.

Sandra/Sandi did an amazing job cutting my son’s hair. She was very accommodating and helped calm my son down. The entire process went smooth. My son is usually the kid crying and screaming during the entire haircut but this time we only had a few rough moments.

Uneven and cowlick was half cut off the back. My son was super ticklish with the clippers, which we totally took into account, but still not a great haircut. Stylist was running late from previous cuts so naturally our appointment was cut short and rushed. I can't even blame her. I'm sure if she was able to take her time, the haircut would have been just fine. Slamming people in the doors doesn't retain loyal customers. All 3 kids get haircuts here because you're kid friendly. You should also take this into account when you schedule time slots. 15-20 minutes for a wiggly child isn't enough time. Do better snipits. We love you guys but the cattle call haircuts are not a good look for you as a company. If we want a cattle call, we'd go to great clips. Unfortunately, Shiloh only works weekend

2nd time coming to this location. The first time was so great! Today was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I mad a reservation online prior to showing up, earlier in the day I called in to say I would be late but I see there is a 5:05pm available the lady I spoke to over the phone said she could revise my reservation to that time. I believe the girls name might have been Michaela that was working the desk when I arrived, she checked my reservation all of 1 minute and said she could not locate my reservation at all and turned me away. She did not try to look any further and said it probably was a mistake and I was booked for a different location, I showed her my screenshot of when I booked my original reservation and she still refused to believe that I had a reservation at

Kaylee was amazing! It was my daughter’s first haircut and I wanted to try something new so I booked an appointment for her to get bangs. Kaylee was absolutely phenomenal. She helped recommend a bang that would help accent her face shape instead of just jumping straight into it which I loved. She also had such a warm and friendly aura.
