Snip-its Haircuts for Kids

brought my son for his first haircut & am absolutely devastated at how his hair came out. it was supposed to be a special experience yet ended up being something unresolvable & is something i’ll never be able to get back. yea the little booklet is cute and the little prizes but not worth it for the service. edit in response to owners comment : the time frame i posted the review ( a day after his haircut lol ) is completely irrelevant for one. secondly there is no correcting or making up for like i said my sons FIRST haircut, that is something i am unable to get back & is not something i even seek from your establishment. my goal is to come to the internet to post my HONEST review and experience i had, to prevent other parents from going through this. i don’t need anyone reaching out to me

We’ve been coming here for well over a year because Samatha is amazing at what she does! I brought my son to a barber shop for his first hair cut and it was a disaster, the itchiness of the hair and the slower speed of the cut led to scream crying and to the barbers credit he tried so hard but this place was very not kid specific. We came here and Sam showed us how quick and painless the process could be, my son plays on the tablet while Sam moves quickly while comforting him if he flinches or itches. His cut always looks amazing! She helped me learn how to style it, he has two colics so this was super helpful! Can’t recommend enough

We brought my 4 year old daughter here for her first hair cut! The place is super kid friendly and very fun looking, bright and colorful, they had tablets for her to watch kid videos while getting her hair cut to help her sit still. The lady that cut her hair was very friendly, at the end they let her put a token in a spot at the counter and a little prize came out, she thought that was awesome. And since it was her first hair cut, they offered a first hair cut keepsake for only $5 more, it included a picture they took of her after her hair was done and a piece of her hair saved, all in a little card that said my first haircut, her name and date. This place is absolutely amazing!! They let my son play on a tablet while getting his haircut and after he was all done they took a picture and printes it out. They also gave me a piece of his hair and put it altogether in a first haircut momento thing.

After 18 months of positive experiences and good haircuts our son had a terrible haircut this month. The sides of his head were uneven, with one side not blended at all. The bangs were a mess, overall just an amateur haircut bordering on a butchering. This was despite our 2 and a half year old sitting still watching the iPad they provide. We made a complaint to the manager through their feedback system and provided pictures taken at home of the damage they had done to his head. The manager had the gall to call us back and accuse us of having messed his hair up ourselves, after the fact. She went on to state a review of their security footage conflicted with the pictures we had taken (I'd love to see the high quality footage they reviewed).
