Great quality under garment and does what she say it does it do take you two size down it fit great feels great nice in Comfortable I will be ordering from this company again

So I ordered this product last year and as it turns out it didn’t fit so I contact customer service they tell me oh because of the Covid pandemic or whatever that they can’t do returned and they were supposed to send me a discount code while I go to check my email and I still have not received a discount code so what do I do on April 7 I ordered a new waist trainer and I just now got it it is now April 26 just now got it my package was messed up look like somebody had opened it and on top of that to make matters worse I paid for express shipping which I did not receive it took them well over two weeks if not longer and then on top of that when I open my package it’s not the right Size that I ordered so after waiting all this time wasting my money paying for express shipping only to get a

Very unprofessional and ratchet... I wouldn't recommend.. I received an email stating my order was shipped and then delivered but they're telling me its still being processed.. the problem isn't that I have to wait thats understandable especially during a pandemic but I was confused why im getting email with a tracking number that clearly said my order was delivered..I called the post office and that tracking number was legit but this company claims my order is still being processed and it was never shipped.. im just glad I got my refund I dont know if its a glitch in their system but it just didn't make sense and I got an overall bad vibe
