Danyelle and her mother have excellent customer service. The Spa was easy to locate. It was very clean and smelled nice in the inside. Her waxing technique is thorough, she does a breathing exercise with you during the session, the pain is minimal and I would highly recommend her services. This was a really good experience and the prices are very fair.

10/10 would recommend. They recently moved to a new location (2459 Roosevelt Hwy), not too too far from the last location. The inside is absolutely beautiful, the vibe is giving luxury. The customer service was outstanding. Danyelle is an absolutely amazing human being. She cares about her customers and will make you feel extremely comfortable, and educate you about your skin/health along the way. This was the most pain-free wax session I’ve ever experienced. I would not want anyone else to do my waxing or be my aesthetician again. The prices are affordable, I was in and out. Absolutely would recommend, I cannot suggest it enough.

I have definitely found my favorite new esthetician! Ms Danyelle was so gentle and educating. I can truly say my experience with her was the most comfortable I've ever felt while receiving a wax. Plus her suite is so pretty and inviting!

10/10 I had an amazing experience at smooth ! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming! She was thorough, efficient, and had a gentle touch, which made the experience much less painful than I expected. The results were flawless—smooth, long-lasting, and just what I wanted. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch Brazilian wax. I’ll definitely be coming back!
