Was good until she made the pre payment for a haircut and if you have a emergency and you call 5 minutes after your appointment asking can you reschedule she says no and take your money with no service and call it a no show. Time is money but you didn’t put no time in my hair. You lose customers like this, it was way better before the prepay for a haircut which is ridiculous. You will have plenty more people with this same issue and nobody will want to come back because they will feel some type of way.. and vibes is everything in the barbershop

Best Barber I have had. Smittee has been cutting my hair for over 4 years and I have never had an issue. She's prompt and professional. Easy to talk to and her services are top notch.

Smitteez is very talented and professional. She shaped my eyebrows exactly how I requested. I also like the way she cut my father's hair and he was very pleased as well. Check her out you will not regret it!

After being a long time customer (7+years), myself and my son, going every week, Smitty asked me to discontinue coming to her after she and I identified several overpayments made to her for cancelled appts. Her auto system clearly reflected 8 over payments for appts that were cancelled, within her cancellation time frame policy. I discussed this with her, she said she would only give me 1/2 my money back for an error caused by her system. I disputed this with her bc she was paid for services not rendered and I followed her cancellation policy time frame and still being penalized by being over charged 8x’s. I would advise any customer that is using her auto scheduling system, to be mindful of when you cancel your appts bc you are probably still being charged for a service. Again, I attempte

Friendly, fast yet quality service and professional. There's no wait time when u book an appt. Clean shop including the bathrooms and Netflix to watch as u get served. Customer service always on point.
