I’ve been coming to Stephanie for about a year now. I come from Baltimore to Philly just for her . I have a backup stylist at home but she is not my girl Stephanie. Stephanie has growing hands . I came from a short bob to now my hair is long and healthy. The ladies are polite and whenever I see her I never have to wait long . I’ve never had a bad experience ever . People always ask me why travel so far because she does a good job and she cares about your hair. I’ll add before and after pictures. From when I first went to her and where my hair is now .

Polite staff, took very good care of my hair. I asked for a clip off my ends and got exactly what I asked for. The lady that washed my hair did an okay job and the lady that did my pin curls did a very good job too.<----- This is from two months ago. Now since I went here, my hair has been falling out non-stop for two months straight. Every wash, every hair style, smh. I've never had this experience but it has to be the older woman's fault who washed my hair. She was mad bc I asked her to change her gloves before she washed y hair bc when I came in, she was wearing the same gloves and cleaning the mirrors with them on using chemical products to clean the mirror then tried to wash my hair when I sat down. I had got a wash a trim and it styled. Came out beautiful I loved it! Definitely recommend the service is the best and fast.

Listened to the hairdresser quote prices per service on the phone while washing my hair. Then they decided to charge me for services that I didn’t receive, including the price for a deep conditioning and trim that never happened. $40 for wash, blow dry and flat iron. The quote of $40 on the phone: wash, blow dry, deep conditioning, ends trim, and flat iron. Never again.
