I called the office at 9 am this morning to ask if I can see Dr. Nik for an emergency visit, Kathleen was able to get me an appt at 10am. I was seen in less than 2 hrs which is expected. Dr. Nik is awesome, I was in so much pain and I'm already feeling better. The assistant was also very attentive.

If I could put zero stars I would. They say emergency dentist available 24 hours 7 days a week. It is a lie. The admin told me my wife needs a letter to be seen because she is pregnant. She said once I have the letter she can be seen. She booked an emergency meeting with our doctor to get this letter. Once we finally got the letter the admin stopped answering my calls. I called many times and left a message to no answer. So i drove down to be seen, once we get here she tells me the letter is ok but we are booked and to schedule for Wednesday. If that was the case I could go anywhere else. We drove an hour to get here, she could have easily informed before hand. And she was extremely rude at the counter saying we were to busy when there was only one person in the waiting area. Bad servic

Unprofessional clinic manager, very rude and unsympathetic. Their website clearly states that they offer emergency services 24/7. Called in for a dental emergency and was refused immediate care because no doctors were in. The person I spoke to said that I would not been seen until the following day. How is that 24/7? Also the clinic manager did not help with my situation when she was explaining how a hospital's ER compares to her office, that if I was rolling on the floor bleeding and in pain the hospital would still take time to tend to me. This is true but it wouldn't take more than 24 hours to tend to me. Customers beware! I wouldn't want to have deal with this kind of unprofessionalism from any medical practice.

Hello, I am the wife you are speaking about. Following protocol was not the problem as we followed protocol and acquired the letter. The problem is lack of empathy and concern along with treatment. When my husband called you he informed you about the need to be seen urgently. He already mentioned to you that we have an office nearby but wouldn’t be available till Monday. You didn’t inform us that you were not available until we arrived. Which is fine we understand that can happen. But as a service provider you could have been apologetic and empathetic instead of just saying “you can come Wednesday” why would we go there on Wednesday when we can go on Monday to a center in our own area. Smile Center West Covina, was highly recommended by a good friend & I can't thank her enough. This office is very clean & professional. My visit was not stressful at all since I hate the dentist. Dr. Nikjoo & staff are amazing making me feel calm & comfortable. I would definitely recommend everyone to this dental office.
