My mother and I always go to this eyebrow threading parlor. We went to their previous location and now this one. The ladies do a good job at doing what we ask for— a clean, thick brow. I recently tinted my eyebrows there and was super happy with the result! They could be a bit more welcoming, but I’m fine with the short communication so long as they continue to do a good eyebrow thread/ tint!

One of the mid aged women that works that or the chubbier side waxed my eye brow and ruined it and kept making it worst by threading it. She did not inform me right away she ruined my eye brow. She continued the service then said is it ok. I couldn’t believe it. It felt like it was on purpose because I usually don’t request her and leave if the owner wasn’t there. But she didn’t apologize nor anything said it grows back in a month. It still hasn’t.

The moment I sat down the lady didn't even ask me wax or thread. I always gets wax but because she already proceed with threading I just went with it. Then I start feeling her threading really fast and hard. She was pinching my skin but I thought it was really painful bc I am not used too threading. She was then done and I felt burning all under my eyebrows. Which is when I realized she had cut my skin. For like 20 mins, that area was stingy and red.

I have been coming to this eyebrow shop for over 3 years now. Never really had an issue with the outlook of my eyebrows. Until now. My sisters eyebrows were thick until a lady did her eyebrows. It actually took two employees to do her eyebrows and took more than 35 minutes.

Completely. Botched my very thick eyebrows. I went in and asked for a clean up and the lady removed over 80% of my eyebrow hair i then went to see a professional and i was told that due to how much joe she removed i May never grow hair again in certain areas . I wish i could leave 0 stars there is only one lady in there who does a good job she is light skinned and a little heavy set she usually works. In the middle . The rest don’t know what they are doing and like to experiment. I contacted a personal injury lawyer and am able to sue them
