I always have a beyond great experience here, I do a big chop every few years & always a Bob. Everytime I have been here no matter how long my hair is, I leave happy!! Nikita is amazing & deserves credit, she makes great conversation, there’s not a moment of awkwardness, she gave great advice and her opinions weren’t judgmental at all! She educated me on a few things & gave me some great recommendations!!

It was a great experience from the beginning. My hair stylist was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about my hair. What I should or should not do. She was very friendly. I also had my eyebrows waxed and dyed and she did an amazing job. Her name was Teka so nice... I will definitely return and recommend her to everyone.

I have been here before with different stylist and was mostly happy with the service, but yesterday I stopped in to get my bangs trimmed up and dead ends taken off and layers put in and framed around my face. Well I had a stylist this time who was an older woman, and I hate to use that word to describe someone but she didn't tell me her name, I think I heard her coworker call her joni or Joan, but anyway she did a very poor job on my bangs they are uneven and I will have to try to fix them myself and she put no layers in my hair, after 4 to 5 minutes she was done and I look at my hair emphasizing that I wasn't happy and she said "I framed it around your face" when it was clearly not. She also sprayed my hair with water so she could cut it, which is fine but then she wouldn't even blow dry

Didn’t have appt. but got signed in and sat as a walk-in very quickly. Once sat great conversation with staff and a perfect cut from my stylist.

Was not impressed Stopped while shopping with my boyfriend so that he could get a quick trim.Tbere were not any customers in the shop. There were three employees on their phones. Even though the salon advertises walk-ins, they told my boyfriend they could not trim his hair until a least 4:30 because he did not have an appointment. We were there before 3:00. All he wanted done was a quick trim to his already short hair. The local barber shop was more than happy to trim his hair.
