I had an amazing experience with Alicia! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. She took the time to assess my hair type and listened to what I wanted. The result was perfect— I feel great about my hair - Color is vibrant yet natural! I already got tons of compliments. Alicia genuinely cares about her craft and her clients. On top of that, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. She is so friendly, professional, and very skilled. I’m so impressed with Alicia! It’s rare to find someone who makes you look and feel your best without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

I was fortunate to beat the rush there today. When I arrived Juan was quite welcoming. Pleasant & professional. He brought me straight back , giving a wonderful cut & smile. It was especially convenient for me. Hairing & Shopping on the same visit.

I came in on a walk in & had my hair permed & cut. It looks good. Still getting used to it. The stylist was very professional, an expert at hair care & pleasant while getting my hair done. I will be back.

I booked online a routine haircut for my 4 and 7 year old children. To my shock, the new lady did not speak English. She also did not know how to cut hair or read the notes on our profile. When you pay $50, you expect to exit looking sharp. Instead, I had to be transferred to Alicia(who speaks English) and get my son's hair cut rescued and finished. She cut my daughter's hair too (with no issues) because Alicia is a real hair stylist. We go to a professional service because we need your help. Please only have qualified people cutting hair, like Alicia. Alicia is 5-stars, the other lady is a 1-star.

My stylist was friendly, prompt, caring and helpful. I’m 86 and not so spry, she assisted me in and out of the chair, as well as giving me EXACTLY what I asked for. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but hope I can get her next time too.
