Tiffani at Smart Styles in the Walterboro location, was amazing. I advised her I was hearing impaired and she went above and beyond to communicate with me. Best decision I made to get my hair done. I had a new color and cut in layers. Joey does a great job! He helped me pick just the right color. Listens and doesn’t push. Carlos is another that does really good work! These two are really great
