Went in today, my son was really upset because he doesn’t like getting his haircut and Nellie came out to greet us and helped him feel calm and ready to get in her chair. She talked him through everything, stopped many times to blow off the cut hair that she could see was bothering him, and left him with a very handsome new haircut. Overall, very happy with the service we received!!

Nellie was absolutely wonderful. She was so pleasant and did a fantastic job coloring my hair. I highly recommend her to everyone. I will definitely be coming back.

Nellie supplied a great service and recommended a great haircut. I enjoy stylists that actually get creative when they are told to do what they want. Will be going back in the near future to change it up.

The lady was very nice..however my hair was very brassy and they left the bleach too long.. it doesn't look like the reference picture at all and it cost $220 (I have short hair)

Nellie at the Twin Falls location was amazing! She gave me exactly what I asked for and was very knowledgeable, nice, and even entertained my kids! I would definitely go back to her again.
