Mrs. Freda is the best! I usually go to shops but I've found that most do not know how to cut wavy hair to my liking. I have not had a decent cut for over 8 years until I let her cut my hair on a whim after some shopping at Walmart. She is professional and friendly, just the sweetest lady.
