Desire is the absolute best! I have gone to her for years now and she always does an amazing job! She is always super friendly, fast and is amazing with all customers! She also is very knowledgeable about products for your specific needs!

All 3 of us got haircuts here and wow such a waste of $80!!! The lady cut wayyyyy too much off our son's hair. The lady that cut my husband's hair cut a huge part in not even on the original one so now he has 2. The lady that cut my hair wouldn't cut it anywhere close to what the picture she was shown and gone over with. It is a lot longer and no layers at all. I asked her to cut more off and fix it. She did but still didnt get it as short as I asked for. Wasn't having her try it a 3rd time as everyone just wanted out of there. Ugh never again. Very very very disappointed.

I went in for a trim. I have very long hair. The girl cut it dry for one, and second she spent less than 10 minutes. She literally just cut "straight" across the bottom of it!

This place is horrible! If i could give 0 stars i would. They overcharged me for things I did not get nor was discussed a price before service, during service and was not told a price until after they took payment from my card. Im a licensed hairstylist here and paid almost 300 for a color I did not want and was charged for services I did not get. Manager refuses to talk to me about my concerns. Very unprofessional and price gouged me. I need to talk to corporate but unsure of how to get connected with them.

Amazing place to get your hair done! I like to get my hair professionally dyed and styled. My photos can speak for themselves. The faded colors for the rainbow hair style was after the colors faded. Recommended products are the "Color Safe Tea Tree Shampoo" and "Color Safe Tea Tree Conditioner" which they also carry! Pictures of products in photos too. Hair still looks like a pastel rainbow even when colors are faded. They have a Tea Tree Moisturizer as well I use as a leave in Conditioner for my hair. Excuse my horrible mug face in the photos though. 😆 The employees here are amazing. Price my be up there a bit with more work done, but you get the best quality of service.👌
