Our stylist was great and did an excellent job on all our hair! Smartstyle may want to look into some computer system upgrades, though. It took almost as long to check in as it did to get haircuts.

I had the worst experience here. First I showed the lady where I wanted it cut and it is several inches shorter. While she was cutting she kept shoving my head down to where my chin was against my chest, straining my neck. I've never had a hairdresser do that. Looking down is one thing but I couldn't even look up in the mirror to see how short she was cutting it. My hair was super long. I wanted medium length with long layers and face framing but the lady was too busy complaining the whole time how she wanted to leave. My apt was at 3 and I finally got in the seat about 4:15. She chopped my hair and didn't ask if I liked it. I was shocked when I saw what she had done and just wanted out of there. I booked a style but she diddn't even dry it. I walked in and ask to have my hair cut,Diana Mayfield did my hair,and she did a fantastic job, and made sure as she cut that It was just what I wanted before she went further. I will be back.

Addisen is an amazing person. Very honest and cares about her clients! Very professional and empathetic with her customers. I will recommend everyone to her.
