Very disappointing.. I had to come home and fix my daughter's hair after paying someone to get this ending result. She was there less than 10 min. And was never asked how she wanted her haircut. She was devastated. Hopefully they can slow down ( cut a straight line) and maybe work on their Customer Service a little bit better. Because I know that she left there upset and they didn't even care.

I highly rate my visit for a haircut. The stylist worked quickly, gently, and without mistakes. A wide range of tools were used. Additional services were offered, such as throat care after the haircut. Cosmetic products are available, and there are discounts. I especially liked the information about the opening hours. They are ready to work with clients even before the salon officially opens. A couple of days ago, I wanted to get a haircut at Avon.CO an hour before closing time. But I was politely asked to come another day. Perhaps there are different interpretations of working hours in different states: information about employee working hours or client service hours.

My stylist was very kind and sweet. She did a very good job! I will be back! Highly recommend. Sorry I'm awful with names but she has short dark spiky hair with blue and pink kinda kinda highlights.

My stylist was Sarah, and let me just tell you she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and the experience was fantastic! She gave me everything I wanted from the color to the hair style I wanted! 10000/10000 would highly recommend!

Nicole has been cutting and styling my hair since 2012. Her professionalism is beyond and above reproach. I couldn't ask for a better individual to represent Smart Style. The other employees are also just as amazing. I do miss having coupons for product and or haircuts. Other then that, I only go to Smart Style, but mainly due to outstanding employees.
