I had my second incredible experience with salon stylist Laura. The first time we met, I was getting married in less than a week and wanted to lighten my hair. Because I had already darkened it, I couldn’t do so. However, my color had lightened on its own a bit and Laura was able to match the shade perfectly and touched up my roots. What a professional and pleasant woman! I look forward to using her services for the years to come.

My wife and I have been going to this location for cuts/hair dye not long after we moved into the area! All of the stylists that work here are amazing and friendly! Melisa is my go to for all things hair dye related! Earlier this year I went to get my hair dyed Pink for charity and she did an AMAZING JOB! <3 Fast forward to today where I went to her for dying my hair Purple before I visit family in the UK and she did another AMAZING JOB <3 I love how it looks and whatever color I decide to go with in the near future I will make sure I book Melisa again 10/10! She trimmed my wives hair as well and it came out Fabulous!

Laura has been cutting my hair for three years. I still have her original business card. She is excellent. She listens to what you want and that is what you will get. Thank you. Laura.

My appointment was confused with someone else and unfortunately the person who greeted me was not empathetic nor apologetic in the least. She said they were having their lunch. I am a retired stylist and that attitude would never be tolerated in my salon. Of course this is just a snip it of the situation but I had my text message from the salon and she was still looking for my phone #. How bold is that? Fortunately my stylist figured it out.

Its too bad stylists have to keep interrupting a haircut to run across the salon to answer the phone. One side of my hair is not like the other side, its alittle longer than it should be, probably because she had to answer the phone while cutting hair and couldn't concentrate on my haircut. I wish you could get them a headset, or possibly, have someone else answer the phone. I think it would result in a better haircut and 27 bucks plus 20 percent tip is alot to have to pay a stylist/receptionist for a haircut that im not happy with. Glad you made your money off me but im not pleased
