Made an apt. with Rosie for an hair cut and it was great. She listened to what I wanted, went over style and how much I wanted to take off, was chatty and pleasant throughout the cut. Dried my hair and made sure I liked the result before leaving. Also suggested that if I wanted more layers in the front I could come back and she could do that too.
