I took my 93 yr old Mother-in-Law in for a shampoo and haircut. Heather was so thoughtful and patient with her and did a wonderful job! Georgia talked with her and was so friendly. Together they made it a wonderful experience for us!

Heather was amazing! She gave me an unbeatable head massage during the shampoo, took her time making me feel appreciated through wholesome conversation and not rushing me out of the chair, fixed a crazy BOTCHED cut that someone else did two days ago that I HATED (Basically a mullet). She had a soft touch and was very gentle, no hair pulling or burning me with the blow drier. She truly helped me regain my confidence and turned my frown upside down, making it a fantastic birthday! I cannot thank her enough for what she did! Exceptional service that cannot be beat and a beautiful haircut! Feeling so much better!

I went for a simple haircut. The lady, Georgia, told me Reyes would be cutting my hair. I told him I wanted just a long Bob so I can style it with beachy waves. I even showed him a photo and he assured me he can do that. Long story short, he used a curling iron on it and I could not see how it looked until he was done. When he turned me around, I was in shock. It was the exact same style as Kitty Forman on That 70s Show! I was humiliated. Reyes really should be working in a men's barbershop. He had no idea what he was doing. Also, the sign when you walk in said $10 off a haircut today. Georgia even came to the register to help him with ringing me up.
