I was suppose to have my eyebrows waxed today at 11:35. I showed up at 11:20 and NO one was there. The place was disgusting. The counter was disorderly with Hershey kisses scattered all over the place. There work station to the right was DISGUSTING. Hair clippings from the previous customer all over the floor and their work station was disheveled. I looked all around and saw NO ONE. I eventually walked out as I had things to do and quite honestly, if the place looks like that I don’t want them touching my eyebrows or hair.

The hair stylist was great we had appointments one for 12 and 1230 she was was amazing with my son as well as myself at the Palmyra one .

I had my haircut with Naomi on 2/28. I've been getting my haircut at this location on and off for over 10 years. I have had great haircuts in the past, and that's why I continue to go here and no one can beat the prices. I don't usually like to write negative reviews, but this worst haircut I have ever gotten. Picture 1: is what I asked for, armpit length, long layers, and face-framing layers starting at the chin. I communicated with the stylist twice that I wanted the length to be at the armpit. She started cutting it from the back first, so I didn't see how short she cut it. By the time she came around it was 5 inches shorter than what I asked/ was comfortable with. She cut the length just below my shoulders, way shorter than I wanted.  I really couldn't say anything at that point becaus

My first trip there was for a hairstyle and I was not pleased however my second trip I wanted blonde highlights and lowlights with red underneath I was more than pleased I loved my stylist Taylor Lowe she was amazing and very professional I'm definitely gonna be coming back to her would recommend her to anyone!! ❤️
