Came in for a under 10 hair cut. I even made a appointment online so they would know it was a kids cut before hand. The stylist didn't even do anything I asked. I made it simple because I know my son was young, and I said take it as short as you can without making him bald. She didn't even take off a inch. His hair was about to the nape of his neck. Its uneven everywhere and a complete chop job. When I tried to ask to her to fix it at least in the front. She refused and then charged me 24 for a cut, wash and style when it was supposed to be 20 for a quick cut. I don't care the 4 bucks but I wasn't even there for 5 minutes. I could understand if he was fighting or moving along but even she commented that she was shocked he wasn't moving that much from how young he was. It wasn't like

Miss Charlotte did my hair today, and it turned out beautiful! I was not expecting to do this, but I'm in love with it, thank you! *Edit to add: I went in with my mom in law who decided to get her hair done, so I was going to get a cut. But as i was getting my hair washed before cutting, miss Charlotte asked me if I was getting any color. I said "You guys do that?" she replied yes. So we went through some options. I originally wanted to get some minty green highlights throughout my hair. But she had a pretty cool idea, we decided this new option, because I haven't had color in a while. It took a while, but I absolutely love how it turned out. Everyone I know loved it too. Charlotte is a wonderful lady and I recommend seeing her if you get any cut, color or hair wash. AMAZING!

Our stylist did an amazing job! She listened to my daughter’s requests for color and style and made sure to have a clear vision of what she wanted. She worked diligently and patiently on my daughter’s hair making sure not to damage it. Thank you again for making my girl happy!

Got a good haircut. Lady was nice who cut my hair. My hair is easy to cut. A #1 guard and a #4 guide she did everything they do at great clips for $22 but she charged me $46 . I'll never go back. A 5 minute haircut took 30 minutes and I should have been charging her for counseling. Lol

Nikki did an amazing job. This was the first time my daughter got her hair dyed. When the color wasn’t as dark as we’d hoped, Nikki made sure my daughter got what she wanted before we left. She really went above and beyond to make my little girls day. Then. She made me feel so beautiful. My cut and style is amazing. I haven’t felt this good in a long time. Lastly. My husband popped in. She was about to give him exactly what he wanted and trimmed his beard. We all left feeling and looking like a million bucks. Thanks so much Nikki!!! We will def be back!!
