My son has gone to the same person for 2 years now somewhere else, he is very picky. We needed a last minute haircut today and couldnt get into the regular barber. Took him into smartstyle and he loved the cut she gave better than any cut hes had before. Will be going back to her.

Absolutely great experience with Patricia. She was fabulous and deserves a raise. Lol. But really she does. The wash the haircut the blowout was perfect. I felt so much better afterwards. Better than anywhere I’ve been in a very long time.

Showed the MANAGER the 1st picture (I HAD the second picture already) of a long bob with long layers. She cut my hair like 90s style Meg Ryan! It’s terrible! She also told me that using brass off would tone all the orange in my hair and that I didn’t need to bleach it or use another toner. WRONG! I’m not even licensed and knew she was wrong! Do NOT LET HER DO ANYTHING TO YOUR HAIR! Please tell me how this could’ve happened!

Julie (Jules) saved the day! I walked in with a botched hair cut and color from a neighboring salon. Jules is a very bright and determined hairstylist. She went way beyond my expectations! I left feeling wonderful:) I really appreciate it!

I went to Smart style for a hair cut. I showed the stylist what I wanted done and she did nothing like it. I told her I was displeased with a certain area and she just cut it and didn't do that right. Now I have a chopping hair cut. I spent $16 bucks for a bad haircut and rude stylist. I will never go back.
