Not only was the receptionist/hair dresser rude while checking me in, came back in 30mins time. Told to sit in a chair, and proceeded to still wait for the hairstylist to finish their own personal conversation, making me wait even longer, to the extent of me leaving and will never return they have no care, concern, for customers they all need a course in customer service. Mind you this conversation lasted 10 min.

After making an appointment and showing up 10 minutes early for it, I sat and waited 40 minutes for service. No one thanked me for my patience. When I was finally called, I thanked the stylist and told her I had other things to do and left. My last try to use the convenience of a salon in Walmart! 🤦‍♀️

Yes, I went there on Friday and got my hair colored and also cut. Rachel was my stylist and she was great. She spent time with me made sure that the color was right. It was a great experience. I would recommend anybody to go to her. Thank you smart style and Rachel

My experience was awful. I should have waited until Denise was there. The lady that did my hair almost made me come out office character and a I was paying when I said I want leaving a tip shed try to say that'd she was just going to change the length to ultimately make me pay more but I did not allow that you happen. My first and last time allowing someone to try!

Made an appointment,yesterday for today, arrived in time, but my appointment was not recorded. Had to wait 45 minutes .... Previously, the week before,, l had called for appointment, was told to callback in 15 minutes. l did and was asked to wait a minute, but their phone was put down, l could hear all that was going on, and 8 minutes later, no one picked up the phone. Later l called back, it went to voice mail, saying to leave a message, and they would call me back. That never happened. How can you have a successful business with such incompetence of employees.
