Fran at the Smart styles at the Walmart @ 9885 Collier Blvd was absolutely amazing. I have extremely fine hair and that is not easy to cut. But Fran knew what he was doing. He paid attention to detail and took his time getting my hair just right. I didn't feel like he was rushing just to get me out of there. This is by far the best hair cut I have ever had. I highly recommend him. Thank you Fran, I love my hair!!!!!! ❤️

The stylist did an excellent job however, she was super busy with no help from any other staff and waiting time was extremely long. I actually felt bad for her.
