We asked for one things got something totally different. Her attitude was horrible. I have been coming here for years and I am not happy. I had to return my kid up there to have it fixed and it’s still not right. The first 2 are what we got vs the last one what I asked for

I was able to be seen right away very helpful and courteous helping my mom take her jacket off. She had a wash shampoo, cut trim. I was very pleased with the service, over please we had been looking for a barber hairstylist for quite a while and she met all of our expectations. We will be going back next week for a color treatment.

I have taken my 78 y.o.male friend in to get a "short cut" he has Parkinson's so it's easier to take care of when cut short. twice she did it her way Not our request ..she always charges for the shampoo and he never receives it (it's hard to get his head back in the sink) and she charges full price until I ask her where's the senior discount then she voids the transaction rings up the correct price Very poor way of doing business..they don't post the price of services so they can pull one over on you...research what smart style charges for various services before you go .just Google it AND remember to get your senior discount!!!

Amanda is very helpful in many ways and always pleasant. I can’t wait to come back into town to have my hair done by her. I highly recommend her!
